Obeying
God, our founding fathers and the majority of Americans, the New York State Senate voted overwhelmingly to protect families
by rejecting homosexual "marriage" legislation.
"We are thankful that New York
followed God - this is an answer to our prayer at Pray Daily America and the people across the world", said one family

God warns that He will judge the sin of homosexuality and the land will "vomit" out homosexual
societies for this sin, as has been done throughout all of history (see Leviticus 18, Romans 1, Jude). No homosexual societies
have ever remained due to God's judgment. God cares for all sinners and also shows that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses
from all sin - regardless of the sin (1 John 1:7).
The Bible is clear that homosexuals can repent
and be washed from their sins (1 Corinthians 5).God wants to show mercy to each person.

The measure failed by a broad margin of 24 in favor and 38 against. The Senate vote finally means homosexual
"marriage" is dead in New York.

to vote their consciences, every single Republican joined Sen. Diaz in rejecting same-sex "marriage." The seven
other Democrats to vote against the same-sex "marriage" bill were Sens. Carl Kruger (NY 27), Shirley Huntley (NY
10), Darrel Aubertine (NY 48), Joseph Addabbo (NY 15), William Stachowski (NY 58), George Onorato (NY 12), and Hiram Monserrate
